Parkers/Hilda

Moderate winds with severe gusts had us seek some shelter after a lap at Parkers where the snow was a wind blown dust on a generally supportive wind slab. Moving over to Hilda area the winds were much more tolerable and although wind affected in the alpine , we found decent skiing in a feature the winds were blowing softer snow into. Open tree line and below ski quality was good. No instabilities noted today during our ski , nor any natural avalanche activity noted with decent visibility around the area.
