Took the skis for a morning walk to twincairns and wawa ridge, generally poor ski conditions. Widespread 1-5cm crust on all aspects except shaded north alpine, crust was supportive to skis on solar aspects but breakable elsewhere. Dug test pit at 2365m on e aspect, HS 110, 1cm crust at surface, 1F DF down to 40cm,found the Feb 3 crust down 48cm with 8cm of 4F- facets above.
