Got a few laps in on different aspects around cornice ridge. Noticed some pinwheeling in the afternoon, and anywhere with direct solar input had some moist surface snow. The fog and light wind rolling around will have definitely kept some areas preserved. Overall good quality skiing where there's a smooth surface with not too many rocks poking out! Quick test profile N asp, 2050m showed mostly moist old facets under the dec 6 crust, and right side up new snow above. There were no significant shears where we dug.
