AM thru lunch- steady snow, warm temps, light winds Lunch thru PM> clearing skiies, temps drop, light breeze A beautiful afternoon of sucker holes and bluepatches in the alpine enjoyed by the lost peoples of Bakers Park

Snowpack

4-6 inches BTL 6-10 inches NTL up to 18 inches in wind sheltered spots, northerns at NTL/ATL interface were holding ample fresh New/old interface was locker on norths- easy to scrape away the light density fresh on souths and the old, solid surface crust was no bueno.

Avalanche

storm slab and sluff activity- We expected more reactive new/old. When the angle kicked up steeply, >50, we started to observe action.
