Slab was triggered on ski cut, slab was fairly hard and triggered quite easily. Slab carried me down entire chute (Brownshorts). I made several key mistakes this day... I was aware of the Considerable hazard rating and wanted to stick to mellow terrain, but then my skier brain took over and somehow I found myself on top of Brownshorts. Even after pointing out that the chute looked wind loaded, I didn't stop to do a proper risk assessment and at very least kick off some cornice and trigger the slope from above before exposing myself in the chute. My ski cut was in a poor location (had ~ 6 m of slope above me), and the slide triggered very easily and propagated farther than I would have anticipated. I'm lucky to have survived this slide with only a broken Coccyx and sore knees...
