Skied the TopHat traverse with a small group. No new avalanche activity to report. At Hamilton Lake there was evidence of a natural cycle from probably Dec 22nd to sz 2. On the North side ski run, there was an old, again probably from the Dec 22 storm, sz 2.5 and a spooky looking glide crack skiers right below Emerald peak. On another topic, we discovered a large rock well near the base of the Top Hat maybe a cave entrance? It could be concern if covered by a thin snow bridge?! CU in the hills!

Glide crack on North side of Emerald Peak, appeared to go to ground which is presumably rock slab. Saw from 180m distance.
