Cameron pass, BTL, 10300, ENE: Clouds: FEW, Winds W/Light, Precip none, New snow 10-15 cm. BloSno - Light. Note, ridge tops above 11,00 feet had Moderate winds, snow plumes and moderate blowing snow. From mid-morning onwards.
Snowpack
Cameron pass, BTL, 10300, ENE 50-70 cm of sugary, faceted snow below the new snow (10-15cm).
Avalanche
Saw an apparent wind slab avalanche (after it occurred) on the ridge just north of North Diamond Peak. Appeared to be smaller hard slab debris, ran sometime in the afternoon (after 1300). This was approximately 11,500, ESE aspect, 600 ft wide crown, up to 12" deep crown (estimated) , ran about 600' down slope. D2/R2, O. No tracks observed in or out of the path.
