Mt. Victoria - Frisco, CO. Easterly aspect ~11,500 ft. Moderate winds on ridgeline and at upper elevations coming from the west. S1.

Observed whumfing and collapsing on easterly aspect around 11,500 ft. Collapse occurred while breaking trail on ~20-25 degree slope. Saw a fracture line in the snow about 10 feet in front of my skis and the crack propagated ~10 feet across slope.
