Snowpack
East aspect @10,000ft had a slight wind skin near the ridge top with a ski penetration of 7cm and boot penetration of 16cm. 88cm of almost all 1-finger to pencil snow sits on 47cm of 2 to 6mm facets. No results in our profile in the hangfire of a slide from February 1. This area cracked deep and wide but did not slide. South west aspects have 8 inches HST on the 3cm February 27 crust. Steep southerly aspects had moist sticky powder by 2pm and will have a crust tomorrow, but the air temperature stayed below freezing.
