Avalanche

Two avalanches in the West Roaring Fork Avalanche Area above SH82. These slides are in clealry defined paths to the south of the more cliffed area that produced an avalanche to the road at the end of February 2024. One of these slides made the road which is the first time in the last 7 years at least even with mitigation using explosives placed using a helicopter (AH) prior to the Spring opening.
