Snowpack

10,400', (BTL) E Aspect: HS: 60cm - 220cm (Significant previous wind loading). HN24: 0cm, No cracking or whumpfing observed. Wind Slab unreactive on test slopes. Multiple sudden results observed in CT on interface between storm layers in upper snowpack between 30 and 45cm down from the snow surface. In a pit dug in shallower location (HS = 100cm) sudden results were also observed in compression tests 60cm below the snow surface on F hardness 4mm FC near the ground. Warming and solar radiation caused melting and refreezing at the snow surface on exposed S to E slopes. Moderate transport of snow observed at all elevations although less snow is now available for transport than there was yesterday.
