Scattered light flurries for most of the afternoon. Few moments of S1. Light winds. Temps in the 20’s.
Snowpack
Upside down upper snowpack. Top 8” 1-4 finger hardness, fist below that. Hand shears had planer results at density change. Almost no cracking. Added load on Sunday eve could tip the scales.
Avalanche
Hooky hill above Tolland. R1D1. 9600 ft. Natural ENE aspect. Photo from road. Small avy at 10,700 ft. Appeared to happen mid storm and failed at density change. E aspect.
