Cold, mostly cloudy with a few flakes of snow and a little sun poking through the clouds

Snow characterizes on the ground changed quite a bit compared to last Sunday. S to SE slopes had firmer wind-deposited snow that was commonly fracturing underfoot. Snow depth still pretty shallow, 1-2'. I kept the slope angle low so nothing moved, but a lot of fractures.
