Warm day (+6) with reasonably cold snow surfaces (-0.5), cloudy with a moderate wind from the South all day.
Snowpack
60-80cm of 4F to 1F snow sits on top of a variety of crusts, the most notable being SH/DF down 45 and a 10cm multicrust layer down 82 with facets above and below it. Below that is an almost impenetrable layer of K+ melt forms and rounded grains. Unobserved below 140cm. HS was 245, but this was in a bit of a lee feature.
