I probed 4' of snowfall to the dirt at an elevation of approximately 6400 feet. There had been a lot of wind and the cutblocks appeared relatively smooth, but there were still plenty of rocks and stumps lurking below the surface. We noticed some surface sloughing as well as shooting cracks and whumpfing.
