Very good and light powder in teddy bear trees. We didn't feel like following the conga line going towards hospital bowl. Travel was slow, with considerable amount of waiting and stopping in exposed area.
Snowpack
Multiple quick snowpack tests on the way up on the east aspect overlooking grizzly bowl. All released suddenly while cutting 45cm down (storm snow) F to 4f. The snow below the interface was also 4F. No further significant slab properties or sloughing by the end of the day in that area.
