It was windy today in the Crowsnest but there was no snow being transported around. The south-facing slopes have a thin melt-freeze crust on them at upper elevations and the surface was moist below 1500 m. The wind kept the surfaces cool so we did not see any new wet loose activity even though the sun had some heat to it today. We did see one older wind slab out of steep terrain, likely greater than 48 hours old. Atlas staging is holding snow and the access road was easy travelling.
