Dug quick pit in Hidden Valley at the base of the cutline leading to the saddle. Hs 145 cm. ~25 cm storm snow from last week, great powder, sitting on 1 cm hard supportive crust from last thaw. Another crust down 65 cm. Moderate shear on upper crust, hard on lower crust. Windy in the saddle but no wind loading in the glades. Skied the glades down from the saddle.
