Log Cabin Wow

Pretty awesome riding today at Log Cabin. Snow was minimally affected by wind up to where we transitioned, around 1400 metres, where we found very soft slabs forming in pockets exposed to the south wind. Our pit at 1250 meters on a small cross-loaded slope probed 200cm, and we found ECTP 13 at 23cm and ECTN 24 at 65cm. Snow depth up around 1400m meters was variable with some rocks still looming just below the surface. Wind transport up high was noticeable - our tracks were partially filled in after each lap. With the assumed wind loading up top, we stuck to ridges and trees and didn't venture far into the alpine.
