natural trigger, large to very large avalanche failing near ground (guess), crown looks many feet deep, running into Green Lake and breaking ice, causing tidal wave across lake, overrunning bench and continuing down slope. impressive. Irwin Guides reported slide ~9:30am. winds on nearby weather station spiked to 12mph G26 at 8am.
