Avalanche

We rode west of Taylor Park yesterday. We where riding the trees on south and east side of Matchless Mountain. A group got to the top and trigger a substantial slide on the west facing side. We had no plans of going on that face, our snowmobiles triggered it from sitting at the top. This face is steep, but below tree line. The slide was over 1200 feet across with a crown line that was around 3 to 4 feet deep. It ran into the trees, we could not see how far it ran.
