Weather
It was warm teetering on hot below treeline up to the ridge. Snow surfaces were wet through the top 5-10cm.
Snowpack
The upper 5-10cm was wet and easily shed off of steeper slopes. Looking around the range, there were a few small Loose Wet avalanches, but nothing outstanding or very large. Slopes below heavily corniced ridges looked decently wind-loaded still, and reports of small touchy slabs would give me pause before hopping on to one of these slopes.
Avalanche
Only some very small Loose Wet avalanches on sunny aspects. I triggered one small pocket of wet snow that slide easily on a warm crust below the wet snow.
