Below treeline areas quite settled from recent warm weather. 2-4cm surface crusts on sunny slopes (E-S-W). Crusts are sitting on 4F facets and fail easily upon or just after isolation (CTE Q2). Crusts are supportive with skis on, but punchy without. Some midpack weakness found on a buried crust on more southerly aspects, but main concern remains new snow.
