Climbers and scramblers please take note of the following closure on August 30, 2016:
All climbing routes and slopes on Mt Green and Ross Peak will be closed to all activities Tuesday, August 30th, 2016. The closed area has the same boundaries as the Ross and Smart Winter Restricted Areas.

Explanation:
Blasting operations are scheduled to take place on Mt Green on Tuesday, August 30th, 2016. The purpose of these operations is to safely remove, by detonation, unexploded military ordinaces that were fired as part of Parks Canada's Avalanche Control Program.
