Weather

WEATHER: Sunny in the morning, solar radiating was strong early. Tour started at 25f with strong gusts in the valley floors. Strong winds early morning easing in the afternoon. Not a lot of snow moving even though winds were strong. Blustery out there. Seems like most snow moved during the storm.

Snowpack

SNOWPACK OBS: 5 to 6 inches of new snow blown to 8-12 on leeward slopes. Wind blowing from the W. The ridge got scraped the bowl got blown in. Didn't seem to be enough snow load to change conditions greatly. Wind affected powder skiing. Skied 10 -12 in the bowl 5 to 6 lower.
