Weather

Light snow in am with Mod winds. Snow died out in pm but winds kept cranking.

Snowpack

SE slopes have about 6-8" new sitting on our last rain crust, while NE slopes got a good deal more loading by pm and had 12"+ in areas. The big note here is the variability. There are pockets with no new load on feet away from pockets of that 12+.

Avalanche

Ski cuts on steep rollers on SE and NE aspects resulted in slides on the rain crusts. On the southerly aspects they were on 6-8", N side gave a bit deeper, as mentioned above. All were in the 9600-10,000' range. All were small pockets (D1 mostly).
