Spent Sat-Sunday in the area around Rohr and Wendy Thompson. Skied from the trailhead taking skis off a few times. Forest is thin, but manageable with survival skiing. Above treeline things are better, and while still thin, we found 5-15cm of dust on crust on all aspects that made for good skiing. Sluffing was a thing on steep terrain. Lots of large wet avalanches to size 3. Best skiing on North aspects and between 2400-2000 m. Cornices are generally small. Little to no wind.
