Rode in the beauforts, pin location not representative of actual riding location. Able to drive to 650m and then square wheels from there. As others are observing large surface facets widespread. Some evidence of previous wind effect in the alpine with some wind slab observed. No evidence of avalanche activity anywhere. Unreal ski conditions, give me more of this light snow Dug into the snow at 1350m om a W aspect and 30 deg slope. 1F 0-50 cm 4F 50-80cm Ice layer couple cm thick Layer of sugary facets below ice layer. Then into our consolidated snowpack.
