VERY reactive windslab which formed last night. We noticed shooting cracks while skinning up and were aware of the storm slab. Several 1-1.5 slides were trigged with ski cuts/ checks. Windslab depth averaged ~10cm, but propagated well. With more snow on the way, I would give the snowpack some healthy time to stabilizing before stepping into anything
Avalanche
A ski check at the top of first choice produced a size 1.5-2 across the chute running down to the the first bench. A couple smaller slabs also released in trees of west Ymir. Very touchy and reactive
