Gorman ski

Skied a N aspect couloir nearby Gorman lake. It skied pretty well but sharks are likely to get ya in spots. Quick dig in the snow in the couloir revealed a 120cm snow pack. Right side up, noticeably denser towards the bottom, 7cm of basal facets on top of rock/scree at the bottom. No observable layers. Surface hoar crystals have formed throughout the area. Small pockets of resistant windslab in the couloir. Looks too boney to rip around on a sled.
