Shredded Onion

Rode the Onion today. Widespread wind effect in any open terrain. Saw several size 1-2 wind slab avalanches on a variety of aspects due to recent shifting winds. We suspect these ran in the previous 12-36 hours. Managed to find lots of soft snow in sheltered meadows. Most places in the alpine heavily wind affected with thick hard drifts and or sastrugi.
