Snowpack

I don't know if it happened Saturday or Sunday but there were some very large avalanches on the east side of Zion, Buckey, and Chalk Mountain near Freemont Pass when I came to work yesterday afternoon. At least one appeared to have stepped to some early season snow and ice, possibly even the ground in one area. It may be worth getting some eyes on it and mentioning in a report. All were east facing.
