HN/W; 10"/0.95". Snowy, cold, and very windy. Significant fresh wind drifts. 5" additional at 1400.

No signs of instability, but evidence of some slab development in wind loaded areas.

Visibility was very poor, but no fresh storm slab activity was observed along the highway corridor.
