Near freezing temps by noon. Mostly clear sky with clouds moving in by early afternoon. Light SSW winds.
Snowpack
Wind affected snow on east ridge of North Star above tree line. Probing above tree line, Spx up to 148 cm's. Melt freeze crust on the surface was up to 15 cm's thick up to 12500'. Above 12.5k, less evidence of mf crust. Below tree line, HS=110 cm's. Mostly homogenous and large mf grains with signs of corn. Near tree line, Moist to wet surface above multiple thin crusts and drier snow layering.
