Weather: Overcast throughout the day with West winds gusting at ridge line and blowing snow in the afternoon.

Focused on terrain selection and rout finding based off the avalanche bulletin and not much for observations. Toured above Meridian Lake and did a lab down toward the Slate River. Did a couple laps from the ridge down to Meridian Lake and finished with the kicker at the trail head. Short ski pitches but good terrain selection practice for students. Snow was mostly crusty on SW and skiing great on NE. Lots of bouncing around on steeper test slopes with no results, and no cracking or collapsing during tour.
