dug Reusch Block pit 100 ft below ridge in north facing slope. 6 inches of depth hore, approx 5 &1/2 to six foot of slab with a slight layering half way in the middle. On top, approx 18 inch layer of the last few snows. Block was cut away in the back and sides. It survived all tests except multiple jumps by a 160 pound skier when the top layer crumbled. Slab didn't budge.
