HS 47"; Stable: upper snowpack frozen wet grains, able to walk on the surface, boot pen zero; the recent buried dust layer is beginning to be visible, ugly; midpack hard rounded grains; did not dig to ground.

Avalanche

avalanches unlikely on the PASS until there is an extended period of 24 hr air temperatures above freezing with free water in the snowpack.
