Weather

Clear skies, cold temps, light variable winds. Storm total 19.5"/1.4".

Snowpack

Despite over 36" of snow and nearly 3" HSTW since 12/12, signs of instability have been isolated and minimal. Some cracking was observed (NE at TL) today.

Avalanche

Only one natural slab release (E aspect >TL, R2D2) was observed today with unlimited visibility. It looked to be triggered by a loose release out of some rocks above. Widespread, harmless DL was observed with the sunny skies.
