Weather

Wx- warm temps in the morning, decreasing throughout the day while wind and gusts were increasing. Snowing lightly at start of skin turning to heaving snow while we skied down. Snowing hard when we left at 2 pm.

Snowpack

Skied multiple NE facing pitches of soft snow without incident, but increasing snowload increased our awareness. Dug a few small handpits on the ski down and found depth varying 30 cm- 90 cm. Mostly around 40 cm with 30 cm of facets on the ground and new snow on top.
