Clear skies in the AM, becoming overcast w/ high clouds by mid-afternoon. generally light winds. Moderate S-SW winds on ridges w/ strong winds where funneled by terrain features like saddles and cols.
Snowpack
Solid freeze despite overnight lows only dipping a few degrees below freezing. Though surfaces broke down no signs of Loose Wet or Wet Slab instability today.
Avalanche
Many older wet loose avalanches on S-SW slopes above treeline. A couple large D2 Wet Loose that could have occured in the past week.
