Battle Mountain HS 36cm. Temperature profile at ~8000 ft demonstrated frozen surface snow to 26cm below surface, and dry trending moist at 0C to ground below frozen 26cm. Sunny slopes supported boots, Boot pen 20cm in shadier trees. Resolution Cliffs snowcover has diminished over this last warm spell. Rocks and willows are breaking up the once uniform snowcover. Stout mfc supporting boots present at 1030. Graveline start zone holding snow on east slopes. West aspects losing snow rapidly with dirt visible.
