Weather

Skies cleared during the morning hours, and a SW breeze came up. Light to moderate winds, but little to no snow moving.

Snowpack

Deep and well-consolidated. HS 170 cm. The snowpack is mostly 1f-K hard rounds, but a couple of layers are still visible. The elusive buried surface hoar was found ~35 cm down. First ECT produced concerning results: ECTP 11. Despite several attempts, I was unable to repeat these results. The most I had for results was ECTN 12. The 1/9 rain layer was still visible as a melt-freeze crust. No faceting was visible around the crust, no results on tests. No cracks, collapses or other signs of instability.
