Snowpack
Measured snow depth at 160cm. Dug 110cm pit to evaluate snow conditions. Noticed no obvious weak layers but noticed a change in snow quality at about 60cm depth. performed a column test, which resulted in a quality 3 fracture at CT26 at a depth of 65cm. Slope skied well with no whumphing or cracking at all. Snow quickly became heavy as the sun warmed the slope. Noticed no other movement from natural or other causes while back there.
