HS taken next to CDOT weather station at Beeler Grade. Otherwise a beautiful morning with clouds building throughout. Light west winds keeping the snow surface cool above treeline.

Snowpack

Highway snowcover ranged from 60cm to 150cm. Significantly deeper than this time last season. Creek in valley bottom is covered completely.Warm temps have released a few small (D1) Loose Wet avalanches over the past few days from steep or rocky slopes east through south.
