Warm temps, light to moderate NW winds, light blowing snow where we were. There were isolated ridgelines visible that had moderate to intense blowing snow throughout both days.
Snowpack
Average HS ~100cm Jan 11 buried surface hoar was found on E, N, and NW aspects, BTL and TL, down 15-20 cm. Unreactive due to lack of overlying slab, top 15-20 cm was all faceted. This will be a problem when we get more snow. Dec. 13 interface was reactive in compression tests, ECT, and Rutschblock. ECTP 11, SC, 35cm from ground, E aspect, 10,700', near Alladins Lamp. RB4, SP, 35cm from ground, NW aspect, 11,880' Browns Gulch
