Weather

Breezy, partly cloudy

Snowpack

Five or six inches of new low density snow on east facing ridge at about 11,600+' elevation. On open slope, ~30º, heard slight whumpfing, but felt no collapsing.

Avalanche

None. A few minutes later watched two skiers descend Suicide Bowl down the middle without problems. Did notice a new slide on the Cousin where it usually slides.
