HS-N-U-R3-D2 Slab thickness est. 3-8ft. deep Slab width est. 300ft across Slope angle est. 38 at crown Vertical fall est. 500 ft.,, over ran a bench feature and continued down next face. Reported this yesterday but not familiar with your form and just included location, aspect, elevation as prompted on form. Witness stated this a natural release. Ran @ 1:30pm 1-15-14.
