RMP was closed all day today due to rockfall. However, I was able to drive through this afternoon and wanted to relay some quick obs. The main story of the day is WIND. Strong northerly winds were moving lots of snow around near and above tl as well as in open areas below tl. Danger was appropriately rated at CON near and above tl today though notably, I did not see any new naturals along the 550 corridor. The only thing I saw was a large chunk of cornice that broke off above the main Battlship slidepath (ESE abv tl). This did not trigger the slope below. As stated RMP was closed so there was no skier traffic there... :)
