Avalanche
West flanks of peak 13,528', NW of Ulysses S Grant Peak, South of Ophir. Above treeline, West facing slope. Appeared to be triggered in a rocky section, persistent slab (slid to the ground). R1D2? Avalanche easily visible from Waterfall Canyon skin track, halfway up Jane's. North of the avalanche by 50m or so were a group of ski tracks, perhaps 8 or 10 skiers. There was one ski track into the north edge of the crown, and a ski track exiting the slide path to the north about 100m down from the crown.
