Toured up Crystal Ridge today. It was partly sunny and quite warm. Low to no winds. Once we got out of the tree line just below 2500 m we heard two loud whoomps on the wind affected, SW facing, low angle slopes. Decided to turn around at this point. While walking above a convex feature shooting cracks appeared in a ca 5 m radius below.
